Phonify is a price-comparison platform. We help you discover and compare prices on refurbished, renewed, pre-owned and open-box phones across trusted stores. We do not sell, stock, ship, or process payments for any product ourselves.Every purchase is completed directly on the store you choose, on that store's own website.
Returns & refunds are handled by the store
Because the sale happens with the individual store, each store has its own return, refund, replacement and warranty policy, including its own eligibility windows, conditions, fees and process. These terms can be found on the respective store's website, and we recommend reviewing them before you complete a purchase.
Our role and liability
Phonify only links you to the store's product page. We are not a party to your transaction and are not liable for returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, warranty claims, shipping, product condition, or any dispute arising from a purchase. Any such matters must be resolved directly with the store you bought from.
How to request a return
- Locate your order confirmation/receipt from the store you purchased from.
- Open that store's website and review its return/refund policy.
- Contact the store's customer support to initiate a return within their eligibility window.
- Follow the store's instructions for packaging, shipping and refunds.

Prices and availability shown on Phonify are fetched periodically and may differ slightly from the store at the time of purchase. Always confirm the final price, condition and terms on the store's website before buying.
